Manager and Team Leader
Hank Walshak joined Holman’s Quality Plumbing in October 2016 and has become one of the people who keeps the company moving day to day. As Manager, he works between the office and the field, helping crews, schedules, customer communication, and project details stay connected.
Plumbing work rarely follows a neat script. An urgent leak can rearrange the morning, while a commercial project, new build, or remodel may require weeks of coordination. Hank helps the team respond to changing demands without losing sight of the work already on the calendar.

Hank supports the practical work behind every service call: keeping information moving between customers, office staff, and technicians; helping resolve day-to-day obstacles; and making sure project details reach the people who need them.
Customers have noticed Hank Walshak’s follow-through. One family dealing with a complicated under-foundation leak specifically credited Hank with staying in contact throughout the repair process. Nearly a Decade at HQP
After nearly ten years with Holman’s Quality Plumbing, Hank knows the team and the wide range of properties the company serves throughout Bryan, College Station, and the Brazos Valley. He helps balance urgent residential calls with scheduled commercial work, new construction, and remodeling projects while keeping the focus on dependable local service.
Family and Community
Hank studied Kinesiology at Blinn College, class of 2008. Outside of work, family and community are important parts of his life. He supports local school programs and Bryan Viking Band fundraising, staying connected to many of the same families and neighborhoods HQP serves.
